There are many factors that will impact the final cost of a landscaping project, including the size and condition of your property, your preferred plants and materials, and the scope of the project. At Turf & Tree Worx, we've been creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes and lasting relationships in West Bend, Wisconsin and the surrounding areas for more than 30 years, and our landscape pricing guide is based on that knowledge and experience. While your final investment depends on those factors mentioned above, this guide will give you an idea of what to expect.
When you work with us, we'll provide a detailed quote based on your goals and property needs. Whether you're looking for lawn care treatments, tree pruning, removal or stump grinding, landscape design and installation, or any of our other services, you'll have the opportunity to review the plan and the landscape pricing before you make a final decision about your project.

Lawn and Landscape Maintenance
Because every property is different, your lawn care and landscape maintenance program investment will depend largely upon the size of your property and the services you require. We'll work with you to develop a plan that meets your goals and your budget. We offer a variety of services:
- Lawn mowing: Pricing based on square footage and difficulty
- Aeration and dethatching: Typically done in Spring and in Fall, with pricing based on square footage
- Bed prep and or Bed maintenance: $90 per laborer per hour
- Spring and fall cleanup: $90 per laborer per hour
We also offer edging, gutter cleaning, mulching, pest control, mosquito spraying, tree and shrub programs, deer repellent, snow and ice control, and more. Contact us to learn more about our landscape maintenance services.
Lawn Care Programs
We offer three packages, which include inspections, fertilization, and weed control. Choose a program based upon the number of visits and applications your lawn requires.
Gold Package
All seven applications; pricing based on square footage
Silver Package
Applications 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7; pricing based on square footage
Bronze Package
Applications 1, 2, 6 and 7; pricing based on square footage
Gold and Silver packages include our service guarantee, Bronze Package no service guarantee
We also can do less than 4 applications. If we only do 1 application, the price is increased by 30%. For 2 applications, the price is increased by 25% and for 3 applications, the price increases by 20%.

Early spring fertilizer, including state-of-the-art crabgrass pre-emergent control with post control benefits
Note: All of our fertilizers are slow release granular. We do not use liquid fertilizer.

Free mid-Summer inspection to determine the effectiveness of your program; we'll make adjustments based on our findings which may include spot spraying weeds, checking for insect and disease problems and making service recommendations.

Fall fertilizer (heavy rate of balanced granular fertilizer to promote root strength going into winter for a more resilient lawn over the winter and a healthier lawn that encourages a quicker green up in spring)
Landscaping & Lawn/Landscape Maintenance
Landscaping (including design, finish grade, lawn and topsoil) is approximately 10% of the “total cost” of the property, including land and house. This does not account for patios, decks, pergolas, etc. This 10% covers the lawn installation and a modest landscape. Turf & Tree Worx offers a variety of options to enhance or totally renovate your outdoor space in West Bend, Wisconsin, or any of the surrounding communities.
There is a $79 refundable fee for tree, landscaping and other large projects. If you move ahead with us, this fee will be applied as a credit on your project.
Diagnostic/Consultation Fee
For new clients, there is a $50 - $150 fee to have us diagnose your specific issue and make recommendations based on our findings. The cost is dependent on how involved the issue may be, the location of the consultation, and whether or not you need to be present for the consultation. We will discuss this with you in advance to determine the cost. This fee is waived for existing Turf & Tree Worx clients.
Level 1: $1,000-3,000
A Level 1 project is designed to spruce up the yard and refresh the look:
- Tree/shrub pruning
- Mulching
- Turf repairs
- Small scale landscape lighting
- Small tree & shrub planting
- Small scale landscape projects
Level 2: $3,000-10,000
These jobs typically take two or three days and may include:
- Tree removal
- Multiple enhancements
- Drainage and or buried downspout installation
- Lawn installation / seeding
- Medium scale landscape lighting
- Small retaining walls
- Medium scale landscape projects
Level 3: $10,000-50,000
Dream big at Level 3! This is where we start to make big changes to your property:
- Large tree removal
- Landscape overhaul
- Rocks and boulders
- Lawn installation
- Patios/pavers
- Retaining walls
- Large scale landscape lighting
- Fire pits
- Large scale landscape projects
